By accessing or using Tendera ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Tendera provides AI-powered tender discovery, matching, and response tools for Australian tradies and SMEs. We aggregate tenders from government and commercial sources and help you find, evaluate, and respond to opportunities.

You must create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

Paid plans are billed in advance. You authorise us to charge your payment method. Prices may change with notice. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other accounts
• Scrape, copy or resell our data without permission
• Interfere with the proper operation of the Service

Tendera and its content, branding, and technology are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without written permission.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process data in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tendera is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
